How do I return an item?

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please inform us via email or phone that an item (s) is being returned. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Ataria NYC is not responsible for packages lost in transit, and in situations like that, refunds are not permitted. You are required to pay your own shipping costs.

Where is the refund debited to?

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same debit card/credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be debited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanging items in the online store

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

We do not accept exchanges after 15 days of the original purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Ataria NYC may also cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card refusals by the issuing financial institution.
